A captive audience was entertained and delighted when the Van Holten Primary School 4th Grade Choir held its concert on Tuesday, April 25.
The director of this fine performance, Giancarlo Sari, who is the Van Holten Music Teacher, was among the many in attendance who was impressed.
“Students at Van Holten got to sing for their assembled parents and caregivers for the first time,” Mr. Sari declared. “ We got to exercise our silly energy performing songs such as "Ear Worm" and "Octopus's Garden,.”
Mr Sari also expressed his pleasure with the other songs that his students performed.
“We also showcased a wonderful choral experience with the songs "Cantamos" and "Blessing." We sounded enthusiastic, beautiful, and musical!”
And yet another appreciative member of the crowd was Van Holten Principal George Rauh.
“It was wonderful to see our 4th grade students showcase their musical talents for students, parents and faculty under the direction of our music teacher, Mr. Sari,” Principal Rauh said.
